So think planes, trains, and automobiles! Fast train to Rome, flight to Frankfurt, flight to Vilnius (Lithuania) and then 3 hour drive to Klaipeda, executive committee meeting, dinner with Carole and the day ended! Not much in terms of fun for the next three days. We drove to Klaipeda this morning. It was just an overnight stop on the way to Riga. We arrived just after lunch, checked into the Old Mill Hotel which was right down on the dockside, then took a short ferry ride across the channel to the Curonian Spit.
