... So we grabbed some drinks and headed to a local square. On the way I of course found some sweets, and Jillian found some jewelry that she really liked. We sat with the locals, dog watched, watched some kids in a water balloon fight, then headed for the restaurant. I love Venezia and could stay there a couple of weeks. We loved just wandering around the streets and hopping on the Vaporetto to see where it would take us. It's like a maze but as long as you end up at the Grand Canal you can find your way back. The only negative would be the expense.
