... As many times as we have been to France and as many different locales in France, it still seems to be what we always have for lunch. I am not sure they have anything else to offer at lunch time.

As I am pretty tired of driving, we just sit and relax after we take out the picnic table from the garage. We get the best phone signal sitting at the picnic table. In the house, we can only get a signal if we stick our phone outside the upstairs ...

... accommodation for the night. The beautiful small French town of Pontorson. Our B&B amazing. A small family run home with all the traditional cuisine and stylish decor. So pretty and homely. The owners booked us a table for dinner at a local restaurant. Fab meal. Messed my dress up though with grease. I blamed the manager..... Lol...... I got a cuddle from him... Bless. Off to the city of Nantes tomorrow. Approx 100 miles south. A bigger place so a change from the others. ...

Crooked Charm

... recommendations. As it turned out, Le Cantorbery welcomed everyone, from well-healed locals and tourists, to the shorts attired variety like ourselves. We had a pricey but very good poisson dinner. I had some kind of white fish in a delicious light creamy sauce with julienne vegetables, and Doug had something similar to a Haupuka steak in a balsamic sauce. We shared an amazing strawberry shortcake-type dessert which deserved a photo ...
