... Friday was still really nice and as I mentioned last time we all climbed aboard Encore and headed back up the Seine. Nelson and Josh each had a turn at driving, and did very well. We tied up on the bank and got off and had lunch and then turned around and headed back down the Somme to Amiens.

There was apparently a fishing derby going on because we went through a stretch of about 2 kilometers where there was a fisherman, ...

... we had in town as it was the crews day off, back on the boat now, it is 9.30pm and so tranquil here the birds are singing in the trees beside the canal and the town is far enough away not to bother us....
