Balen naar Compostela via Normandie
... want we zijn nog géén meter verkeerd gereden .
Onderweg reden we door enorme vlasvelden. Waarbij de Maurice ons een korte les gaf over de vlasteelt in Normandie . Vlas wordt met de wortel uitgerukt en heeft slecht weer nodig , veel regen als het pas gemaaid is, en moet regelmatig omgedraaid worden ( zie foto ) . De boer van de foto bevestigde de uitleg van Maurice , want ge weet maar nooit ....
We zijn in Andalys naar de Seine gereden en onze boterham ...

Les meilleures choses ont une fin.
Nous sommes rentrés après un voyage sans histoire si l'on compare avec notre dantesque trajet aller.
Nous sommes partis en fin de soirée de Bangkok pour rentrer à Bruxelles après une courte escale à Vienne.

Il modère les ardeurs des deux autres quand c'est nécessaire.
En ce qui me concerne, c'est toujours difficile de parler de soi mais l'image qui me caractérise le mieux est celle prise devant un cocktail avec mon notebook qui m'a permis (je m'amuse toujours autant) de vous raconter nos aventures.

Our Trafalga Tour Begins!
... us to Brussels. The white cliffs of Dover were amazing!
In Brussels we saw the Atomium, royal palaces, Grand Place and the unique Manneken Pis. After our orientation of the highlights we had some free time in the square (centre of town) where we did some shopping and tried some Belgium waffles, which were fabulous I must say!!

... the second date that they wanted to marry, he told her he would marry her in the year, she wanted to wait as long as possible. They met on June 11th, on June 10th of the following year they were married. How sweet is that! (We managed to pry the story out of Juliette only after she had had 2 drinks). Anyway…Museum.
