Her head is now in a Medicine Museum in the north of France and Grignan is trying to get it back so it can be buried with the rest of her remains. Overlooking the town is a feudal castle built into the rock. Today is used for the town’s museum. There are great views from here. The recently renovated castle’s chapel has a 16tth century triptych painted by Jean Capassin (which we didn’t see.)
