When were upstairs next to the office of CEFAM and took a picture next to the office it was cool to see the Rider logo on the CEFAM poster.
We finally were able to leave CEFAM to go to our cocktail hour.
We went to a bar near CEFAM. The handed out juice and wine. I was so hungry that I did not think I could drink wine right away because it would go straight to my head, so I drank juice until I was ...

Lyon is a beautiful city at night. When we got to the part where you can see the church on the hill, with the lights on it, I thought that was a breath taking view. I also loved all the open squares there were in Lyon. Ofcourse all the stores were closed so we could not shop. When we all got tired we went back to the hotel to get some good shut eye!

... happy. I felt like I really fitted in there, and it's an English speaking bar too, so at least nothing is lost in translation and it's a pretty fun and laid back place too. All staff are bilingual and really cool. So anyway, I was working there a few nights ago and when I had my break for dinner I checked my phone. I had three missed calls from Alex. Anyway, I sent him a message to say that I'm sorry, I'm really busy tonight but he can send me a message or call me ...

    ... and professional structures.

After the museum, I had the chance to meet up with Hilary, a Davidson friend studying abroad in Lyon. We enjoyed exchanging our European experiences. She found it amusing and not surprising that many Parisians did not respond to my emails and did not speak English – apparently Parisians are notorious for their attitudes. It was great to see a familiar face - made France seem a little more like ...
