    ... has been restored but the church was originally 187 mtrs long by 35 mtrs high. It was the biggest in the world at the time, before St. Peter's Basillica.     ... like something out of a fairytale! Loved it. Also saw Chateau Amblois on the way! We were exhausted by the time we got to Mercure Bourges and had a beautiful French dinner at les petites plats! Was high on trip but also randomly attached to the hotel. Foi Gras, terrine, steak cheese and Creme brûlée! Slept well ...

    ... for a stroll after dinner. In the morning we were taken on a walking tour of the village and went up to the lookout. The lookout gave us an amazing view of the river valley and the town of Vienne.
