As light came we had packed up the trailer and panniers and we're sat at our picnic table for tea, muesli and toast with Vegemite and Sarah's home made apricot jam. Then we were off north bound to the ferry crossing to Royan - a rolling, pitching crossing, a bit chillier than our southbound crossing two weeks ago.
