      ... arrives to get physical, we have been heading to bed to catch up on sleep. Fortunately its getting better now.

      The chalet sleeps up to 12, over 5 bedrooms. We provide cooked and continental breakfast for 5 mornings of the 6 day stay, afternoon tea daily, and dinner 5 nights a week. 2 are 5 courses and 3 are 4 course, plus cheese board. Wine is served right through dinner, also Champagne on arrival and departure nights, and is included in the price. Its kind of ...

      I am pleased to report that after 13 hours of traveling (2 hours at airport before first flight, 1.5 hour flight, 5 hour layover, 8 hour flight, 1 hour at baggage claim, and a 0.5 hour bus ride), I am officially studying abroad in Geneva! My roommate, Nikki, is delightful and almost as drowsy from jet lag as I am. Our room is outfitted entirely in Ikea furniture/sheets/rolled up pillows.       ... to help energize myself and make up for the lack of chiropractor/masseuse in my life, I've convinced myself to do just a quick 20 minutes of yoga. I have found it incredibly centering, calming, energizing, and so much more. Its always the little things ;-)

      ... II, Duke of Brunswick. We found a small coffee shop in the park next to the monument and spent some time having a coffee and chatting to one of the waiters who was originally from South Africa.

      Our boat cruise on Lake Geneva was excellent and one of the highlights of our visit to this famous city. The views across the lake to the snow capped mountains in the background were excellent. We also visited Geneva's own little mermaid and the Jet d'Eau which ...
