... the Kimberley Club has a very specific dress code. We had some scrumptious meals with Finlay gobbling down 3 desserts. We then returned to the Hotel. Fin and I then went to the hotel's Fitness Studio, where we had a good workout. Afterwards we went swimming and played some very fun games. The temperature outside was 33C.
On the way to Kimberley we had a refreshment stop halfway through.
When we arrived, we checked into our hotel and then went for a swim. We then drove through town and had supper at John Dory's. Where I tried sushi for the first time. I'm still not sure how I feel about it.
Kimberley is quite a quiet area but tomorrow we are planning to visit The Big Hole, made by diamond diggers. This holiday has been awesome.

... Cape (to Johannesburg via Kimberley). We passed through the scruffy little towns of Victoria West, Britstown and Hopetown. The road was now painfully straight surrounded by vast plains of nothingness. I was getting weary and there seemed to be no police about in the Northern Cape, so my foot hit the floor and we were now zooming along at 160-170kpm eating up the miles.
