I am staying with a coloured family in Sydenham for a few weeks, I met them 4 years ago. Has been good to catch up. I did one day of substitute teaching with grade ones, never again lol...and meeting lots of people and family members and eating good food. I have also visited a hospice, gone to Ushaka world, like Sea world, and see a lion look in the window at the car I was in when we went to a lions park. Having some problems downloading pics, will put some up when able.

... managed to get up to 5-0 before Oliver fought back and brought us down to even.  Darn.  Great end to a lovely relaxing day.  Could easily stay here for a few more days. Received an email from Martin saying they had booked an apartment in Cape Town for a week or so and we were more than welcome to stay with them.  Logged on the net and the place looks incredible - proper luxury penthouse pad.  Think we're definitely going to have to take them up on their generous offer.

Viele Appartments werden als Ferienwohnungen vermietet und gerade jetzt zur Hochsaison hat man dann auch nette Studenten, die den Tag zur Nacht machen und einem Schlafen unmöglich machen. Dorms are also bungalow-style and ours leads out into a shaded garden with hammocks and hanging chairs.
