        Our Journey begins!

If we've forgotten anything now it's way too late! Our bags are packed, the airline has whisked them away (so there's definitely no trying to squeeze "JUST ONE MORE THING " into an already overflowing bag... What about the shopping in South Africa???) and we're sitting at the airport waiting for our plane to Sydney. I don't think either of us can comprehend what anything beyond Sydney will be like. I travelled extensively pre 9yr ...

They came up with a brand new frying pan, a tiny plate, a knife and fork, a cup, and a cooking spoon. Their manner/attitude about the kitchen stuff was so bizarre.... I don't quite know how to explain it. It was like there was a grab bag of random brand new kitchen stuff in a room in the back somewhere and they'd get some for you and hand it over, but ...

It was cleansing and peaceful as the whipping wind threw my hair this way ...

... his noise reducing headphones on. He also bounced around in his seat a lot. At one point Steve asked him if he'd taken his medication and Richard relied, yes, do you think I should have doubled the dose?

The bio security queue at Auckland Airport was huge. It took us almost an hour to get through but it took Richard and Ita longer as their food items had to be declared and investigated. All of it got through and we were home by 8pm.

        Last Day in New Zealand!

A New Zealand trip would not be complete without a Les Mills workout, or two. I had a few hours to kill before my flight, so I had time to make both BODYATTACK and BODYPUMP, which was both an amazing and very stupid idea after not having really worked out for the last month and taking a red eye later ...
