... arches etc. – all very white. However later on, when I said my usual 'Bon Giorno' to a little old man today, he said to me (in Italian), ‘your smile brought joy to my life’; there you go. We had arranged with our host Fausto, who's a doctor at the Lecce hospital to meet when he finished his shift, at 10 Via Vincenzo Morelli, in the heart of centro historico - the old walled town. He pulled up on his large motor bike just after our taxi dropped us off, and showed us up to the Mansarda, our home for a week.
