      ... to Southbank is a quick fix for crossing the river, and hundreds were lying on the grass, and under trees listening and enjoying the different musical events on offer. As the sun set, we caught water taxi back into downtown and found a Sports bar for a beverage and light meal ....of course their TV's were showing were the Aussie Rugby league and cricket. and no sign of any NZ team results - so will have to wait to find ...

      We haven't been into Singapore for about 13 years now and boy has it changed. The architecture here is quite stunning. We had a 10 hour stopover so we went into Orchard Road for a few hours. Went by bus actually and it was slow but good for seeing the place. Had dinner in town, wandered around the shops, it's a veritable shoppers Mecca.       Today I arrived at Honolulu international airport, I only had 1 stop over during my flight which was at Auckland international airport from Brisbane airport, It was a long flight but the break in the middle really helped out and I got to stretch my legs.
