    ... to the max.

    And I couldn't connect to the wireless at the Airport. I wanted to send a message to the parents but I couldn't as messging wasn't working. There was an pay as you go computer terminal that connected to the internet but it was very slow. I was able to post on Facebook. It is one of the things I find most frustrating here in Paris. The only time I can get on the internet is to connect to a free or open Wifi. I guess a global phone does ...

    We landed in Paris early Tuesday morning feeling pretty worse for wear after not having any sleep on the plane. Once we disembarked it took about 2 hours to get through customs. We decided that instead of a line for EU passports and then a line for all other passports they should have three lines.     ... so we gave up and went back down to find our train back to the hotel. We got back to the hotel around 10:30. Most of the group went back to their rooms and went to bed, while a few of us went to watch the soccer game (France was playing Ecuador). Not the most exciting game, 0-0 tie, but it's always fun to watch the World Cup! Today we are off to Chartres and Tours ... Can't wait for the kids to see the chateaux! Miss you all at home ...     ... and of course the after we dried off we wandered up Rue de Seine to Rue Jacob eventually having a coffee at Paul's. Showed Wouter the renovated apt by the new Monoprix but since we couldn't find a great place to eat we ended up back at Cafe Lezard where we enjoyed another Piche of wine, a tom/Mozzarella salat and a roasted chicken with the yummiest fries.the usual server was there so we enjoyed ourselves a ...
