We stayed at Convict Lake for 4 nights in the Grey Goose while Dave and Tami stayed in the newly built cottages. Dave brought his 19 foot Bayliner, fully equipped with rods, reels. tackle, and fish finder. The fish were nervous.

Tuesday June 9, 2015. PCT day 51. Miles 828.3-845.8 (17.5 miles). Wow!! It just hit me right now while starting this entry that I have been walking for 51 days now. I'm impressed with myself. Leaving camp at Grouse Meadow (8,200 ft) at 8:15am, I made my way up the trail to Muir Pass (11,978ft).
