... back to Savannah and took the trolley again but this time got off at a few places to walk around. Savannah is a beautiful city with many squares or parks throughout the city.

Woke up to sunshine again! But another winter storm is coming to the southeast, right where we are heading. Left Winter Haven about 10 a.m. And drove to Orlando, stopping first at Race Trac service station. Race Trac is like our QT's, but better. We bought some Cajun style boiled peanuts that were out of this world.  In Orlando we stopped at a Nike outlet store and bought some stuff. ...

... to be great for alligator sightings. There are a number of walking trails along the wildlife drive but dogs are required to stay in the car for obvious reasons so we were only able to drive the loop. We were a bit late for the alligator sunning season and only ended up spotting three gators. Although I was a bit disappointed at least we got to see a few in their natural habitat. By mid afternoon we were leaving the refuge and on our way to Savannah.

The two of them walked for a while going this way and that way until Amanda asked “Noel, do you know where the playground is?” And with that cute little smile (I’m imagining this) Noel said “No!” So needless to say Otter has not been seen since 3:30 this afternoon so if you see a lizard on the Disney Hilton Head resort playground just remember his name is Otter and Kody and Noel are missing him ...
