... are out by the thousands, eating, drinking, smoking and connecting with their neighbors. Such a vital time at night. But with our long day we decided to just go out from 7:30 - 10:30pm then head back to our hotel and into bed. Chris' pedometer marked we walked 11 kilometers today. And now my feet feel like it. ... What started out as a quiet group dinner soon turned into a night of dancing and drinking and laughter and lots of rowdiness! Who knew these older folk could party so hard? Hello all! I was a bit worried about the trip when I realized I was sitting in between the two most annoying married couple on my Atlanta flight. It may have been the longest hour of my life! But the airline gods redeemed themselves by allowing me to sit alone on my international flight.

After the mediocre, packaged dinner, I took an Ambien and attempted to get comfortable... 45 minutes later I was passed out! I think I slept about ...

... we stopped at the first place we found. Cost was not an issue bed was. When we got up in the morning what a gem of a find. On the Rhine river, the day was bright and sunny and the view from the dining room was just like a postcard. Shelley made the comment the place was a bit like Basil Faultys hotel but only friendlier.
