... coked out landlord said that was a good place to start the party. There were people everywhere and a bunch were selling street food! Ssssooooo tasty! There were also a large contingent of both street lights and heavily armed police. Helmets, assault rifles, the whole nine yards. Three weeks in Columbia and my take is that it was the safest, cleanest, most policed, and best lit country I went to.
