... when more passengers got on. Arrived Reims at 9:55am, 13 minutes before the scheduled time. French Rail works nicely. We have a couple of days on the train in order to avoid some less interesting and hilly areas. Today was all about Champagne, Vranken Pommery Champagne to be precise. ... I was pretty close to the front. It was the reduced price night, so it was expected to be busy. There were so many children there too! I am so glad that I decided to go to the circus. It was really a blast.

Afterwards, we went to Les Artistes, which we haven't been to in a while. It was nice to be back there. Sadly, I was dealing with a headache for the third day in a row and decided to call it an early not and went to bed.

... Crazy French people and theirs heels. Seriously though, they wear heels like all of the time. Even when they have to walk everywhere. I don't understand. But then again, I trip and fall when I wear flats.

I decided to order Domino's pizza tonight. Pizza is always a good idea. My other friends went out for drinks, but I decided that leaving my bed was a bad idea. I'm really okay with the idea of a relaxing day and not really doing much of anything.

... and generally for a town site it was much better than we had anticipated.

After we'd unpacked we headed to the town to get some lunch and have a look around. It had quite a big town centre with a lot of high street shops and was quite a stark contrast to the amenities we'd been used to over the past week or so. It was also lovely to hear the French accent everywhere we went and overall it just seemed so much more modern than Italy.

... have concerts there because the acoustics are so good. As we left a peel of bells started but it was hard to tell where the bells where (or was it a sound system as no bell tower to be seen).

We returned to Spring Tide and on our way walked by some really perfumed trees smelling of vanilla. On further investigation they are Lime trees but called Linden trees here.
