... the Pacific Coast Highway. Fortunately all the kids went back to school today, so the road was empty. Even though it was cloudy, and very low cloud at that, it gave the mountains, and coast an almost eerie look. ... perfect day on the top of a bus! Moreover, there were several stops during the tour so you could visit the different parts of Hollywood and Beverly Hills but I didn't get off, unfortunately. I regret it a little bit: I wanted to go to the Beverly Center, which is a shopping mall but it looked enormous and I didn't really know where to go. Anyway, one thing is sure: my wallet was happy with my choice of not going!

But around 10am we left the room in search of breakfast and found a cajun diner downtown called The Cajun Kitchen. The breakfast was good, complete with grits and andouille sausages. ... There wouldnt have been anywhere to sit and wait for our call to put our bags through. I think that they dont encourage anyone to wait around to say goodbye. as there wasnt even a coffee shop.
Anyway our flight was good and we got some rest.Ebony was waiting for us in Sydney so we bought a coffee and headed off home. The coffee was very very good. Home was even better. So so dry. but fortunately not too hot.
