We left Rebounderz and had lunch in St. Augustine. From there we headed south to Ft. Gates to take the ferry across the St. Johns River. It's a small ferry that can carry only two cars. SALT SPRINGS RECREATION AREA
Honestly, there's not much to do here. If you love to swim, the Springs are cold (72 degrees) & clear & amazing. But otherwise, not much else. There's a hiking trail that's about a mile through the woods. The campsites have full hookups; some are under trees, some are not. That's my report.

... we took a turn down that road looking for a place to camp for a few days. Our reaction was whoa ! Now this is pretty basic camping – not a likely place for our camper. We got right out of there straight away.
