Tuscany to England
... at our favourite place in Rome, Piazza Navona! I finally tried the prosciutto and melon meal that is a popular dish in Italy - which I'd been too nervous to try, and it was glorious! After some good laughs and immitations of Stefano we all dispersed. Gemma and I were exhausted. Our last night together was over and we'd soon be separating, Gemma to go on to Greece, and I was heading back to England, my final destination.

The Eternal City
Making our way from Florence to Rome, we stopped at the town of Pisa. Of course to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa... and yes, it's really leaning! More then I had expected to be! After taking the cheesy "holding the tower up" photos, a few of us found a shady spot on some grass and relaxed before having to get back on the bus. It was a 40 degree day... and it was a nice break (yep, you guessed it. I grabbed some Gelato). ...
