The hotel had a kitchen plus a dining room with free Wi-Fi. Very close to Disney World.

In February, 2013 I did a study tour with some university classmates in my tourism class. Our study was based on volunteer tourism. So what we did for our study tour was we volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for 3 days and explored Orlando the other days. We were there for 6 days.

Volunteer tourism is a bit costly sometimes but very rewarding. You meet some really cool people from around the world and even some people that are even helping to build their own house!

My 2 favourite activities were Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom. I didn't think I would go on all of the crazy rides at Universal but it was actually AMAZING! Especially Harry Potter Land.

For going to Universal Studios, I would highly recommend that you get a fast-pass. It's about $55 USD but completely worth it. We never waited more than 3 minutes for a ride and the line ups are very very long. There is no fast pass for Harry Potter Land on some so make sure you do that first when you get there!

Today we caught the 7 am shuttle from the hotel to Universal studios . We arrived there at about 7.30 am !! The park doesn't actually open until 9 am or 8 am if you have an early pass , which we didn't . Luckily there was enough to look around for a while , and a very nice Universal studio worker who let us in the park at 8.30 am!! We went to the …

The kids had a detailed plan mapped out so we could make the best of our day at Disney World. It's about a 15 minute drive from our resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios then a ride on the trolley to the park entrance. I remember these trolleys from my last visit in 1993. The …
