... one too haha.

Back to the station I went and waited for half an hour in the line to buy a train ticket to Florence. When I got to the counter though the lady said I didn't need a ticket as it was a regional train, I just get on with my rail pass. So annoying. Back over the bridge and we once again walked through the Palazzo Cavalieri – beautiful building. Met with T&J and went to the Camposanta – it is a beautiful 'cemetery’ to celebrate the death of the archbishops. This was damaged during world war 2 and has been significantly fixed up. Lovely frescoes and statues. Lunch was pizza ...

Our first full day in Florence we booked a half-day tour to Pisa, but it didn't begin until the afternoon. We decided that we would take the opportunity to visit Academia and see the statue of David. We were a little worried because the night before when we had checked in to our hotel, the gentleman told us it’s easier if you get reservations. When we checked online, they were all sold out for the entire time we were in Florence. In any regard, we ...
