All things considered, that's a lot to pack into a week break! I started off by researching some of the retreats on offer. Surprisingly, I was spoilt for choice. I did consider building ...

... lovey dovey individuals who either spend all day in his room or on the couch spooning and watching really loud TV after she has made him yet another meal. So I sit in my room on my bed and make my back progressively worse while reading and surfing the web in precarious positions trying to get comfortable.

And what is with this hunger!? Always, I could have eaten 10 minutes ago or 4 hours ago and yet there is always ...
