    ... they follow you even when you say no. No matter, we walk straight towards the lovely cathedral, in total awe of the architecture of this place. And then you turn around and realise that there are alot of lovely buildings in this square. There is one that looks like the Arc de Triumph, a Museum space, and, off in the distance I can see a statue (sure its got to be someone old and famous, so worth a look later on).

    We all boarded a ferry. There are a few choices you can make at this stage, the ferries go in different loops, some up and down the lake, some in a big circle, some trips go for hours, some just take you past large Villa's and some people just want a ferry to take them to the other side of the lake.     ... beautiful ride, the two lakes and the towns that line their shores are all awesome! I was happy for Nathan and Tilly as well that they could experience what cycling in Italy should be like, instead of the busy, flat, sparse roads around Vighignolo we enjoyed sparkling, clear water and spectacular mountains.     ... we moved off to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Wow what a shopping centre! Photos attached.

    Then across the Duomo Square and into the Cathedral. Absolutely gorgeous the workmanship in this cathedral is unbelievable. All made of marble. And the windows!     ... breaks hopefully my clothes will be safe. I packed both bottles well with clothing items.

    I made room in the pack by taking out some non-essential and non-fragile items, such as my micro-fiber towel, flip-flops, etc. I also travel with a Pocket Duffel, and I placed the the non-essential items inside that and lashed them to the outside of the pack using some long shoe laces that I bought at a Foot Locker near the Duomo earlier in ...
