      Alvor was a treat. Arriving at about lunchtime we went to look at the Aire which was huge open and pretty full. Parked up by the beach instead and had Lunch and LUDO had a run before deciding to go to a site. We stayed for two nights in the 'tranquil' part of the camp.       We also had a young large dog hanging around at the motorhomes. He was skinny and hungry. I resisted for a day giving him food but then sneaked him a few chunks of cheese. He was so subservient and grateful he could barely walk. Of course he wouldn't leave our feet and van and kept grinning at us. It got a bit embarrasing when he started barking under our van that night, clearly taking his new job ...
