thunderstorm I've ever heard, with forked lightening & torrential rain. The earth moved! We stayed dry. Our modifications have worked!

Woke up to a soggy, but dry, morning. Originally heading for Ghent in Belgium, but later ...
... into conversations until I heard english, and then ended up speaking to a Finnish girl who was visiting her friends in Germany. Soon I had been adopted (yay!) and the parade began. The pictures on facebook tell the story, but it was CR-A-ZY. In Berlin, they dont really fence off the parade, so we just kind of followed along the floats, it was GREAT. ... part, and I joined them on their last day for a 10k walk. Very 'gezellig' and great to spend some time with Dutch kids. Regina is the daughter of John's cousin Erwin, and his wife Mirjam, who we stayed with.
It was fantastic to see the town flying its colours for Holland's team, Ons Oranje. (H)
... too see them jheatly and well. The are both nearly 70.What a blessing!
We then went to Cousin Erwin's home. What an amazing bond we have. We are extremely thankful for our time with them. We have such similar thinking and beliefs. Totally amazing. Thanks you guys and I am sorry that it was all over so ...
