... with bacon and wild mushrooms. The mushrooms are a local treat that I have been meaning to have on other trips. They are tiny golden ones but to my mind not a lot of flavour. One of my favorite jobs was cobbing the straw house. They have a house here that is made of straw bales. In the inside they framed it like a house, and the outside we made a mixture of two parts sand to one part clay, and we smeared it in the straw bales.
