3801 Crown Bay St. Thomas, Virgin Islands US
An inauspicious start to the day: a 40 minute queue with US immigration. Took a taxi/bus to Secret Harbour Bay. We were going to Megan's Bay, however with 4 cruise ships (one of which was the new and very big Ocean of the Sea) and some 18,000 visitors it was expected to be busy! Secret Harbour was a quiet, pleasant (and very hot) beach. David went off scuba diving for an ...

I just did some sightseeing this afternoon. Here's a hint if you're coming here within the next year or so. Don't bother to go see, "The World Famous MountainTop!!!" (Just check my pictures)
... her to her car. She was excited that work had already started on the boat.
I went snorkeling again right here at the resort, Now ready for a nap! I really enjoy the snorkeling, but after a couple hours of that, I’m pooped! There are several things I would like to check out before leaving St. Thomas, but the fish peeping has really become a favorite, so that has priority! (I still haven’t seen the “best” beach on the island.)
Getting up at 2:30 to drive to Bangor and travel on planes until 2 this afternoon has taken it's toll. I,m TIRED!. Chel & Kenny were waiting for me at the airpiort and took me to my "home" for the next week. I had decided not to rent a vehicle, but the more I think about it, the more I think I will. (Just a lot nervous about driving on the "wrong" side of the road!) The plan for tomorrow is to go sailing.
St. Thomas, St. John, Virgin Islands US wcarver... It was also Danish, although I would have guessed Dutch without knowing the history. Wonderful walking tour. CA is known for its duty free shopping which was a surreal experience, but nice to take a break and walk through the air conditioned buildings. When the cruise ships were in town, the American tourists were just annoying. However, the other thing that CA is known for are happy hours, and that was fun too, knowing that we had a ride home!
... drive is so steep that only a 4 wheel drive can get up and down! All of the cars are left hand drive, like in America, but they drive on the same side of the road as in England. The villa where we are staying is built into the hillside and the view over Road Town, the islands capital, is amazing. You can watch the cruise ships dock, and when Squeak goes sailing she phones up so we can watch her sail off into Sir Francis Drake Channel.

CYOA has great facilities and a most helpful staff. Their dock and moorings are at the west end of Charlotte Amalie just west of the ferry and seaplane docks. Thursday we drove out to the warehouse picked up the customs paperwork, drove back into customs and waited patiently in line with those importing all nature of commercial goods ...

St. Thomas, Virgin Islands US tvmed... They ought to. Perhaps Ted or Marcy and that little nub off the side of Ted could be Ted's ***** or Ted's Sister's Best Friend's Cousin from Ireland's Best Mate Jordy. It's all really a cad down here with the names. You would expect the europeans to name islands called Jordy or St. Jordy the Friendless. My aunts are a ****ing riot as always. My Aunt the cop has managed to grease a few palms to get my car registration taken care of quickly. The most ...
