Fortunately turning off the gas and moving the meat away from the grill allowed it to settle down, but it was quite spectacular for a couple of minutes. Bit scary too. Here at St Margaret's you get to sleep in until 7:30! At St Annes we would only have that about once a year. However today I went to cross country at 6:30 (which is considered sleep-in at St Annes).
