Drove to Memphis to see Elvis's house. Driving to it, I recognized it immediately. The tour was great. The house is much smaller than you would expect. The property and grounds are beautiful.
We then went over to Beale St. And ate lunch at B.B. Kings. May go back tomorrow night for the live music.

Left Montgomery and it was 40 degrees with a windchill of 35. We drove west, on the highway that was the route of the civil rights march in 1965. We reached the bridge in Selma where Bloody Sunday took place. It was very moving because we had seen the movie Selma a couple of weeks ago. We then found the church where the march started and the courthouse where you would register to vote. All were in the film.
We then went checked out Love Oaks Cemetary. Some headstones there ...
