... section of Branson where the town was started. We went out for an early dinner at a Greek restaurant in this section. Peg was particularly enamored with the baklava and he grape leaves were the best she had ever had. After dinner we went to the Oak Ridge Boys show. It was great! A full two hour show of only that group. Even at their age they did a great job with lots of energy. Also super neat was a 1902 Remington life size bronze statue of four cowboys riding at full gallop, ...

Caught the 10:30 tram into Eureka Springs and headed to the Mud Street Expresso Café for breakfast – a comfortable little cellar with self-serve coffee, great omelets and garlic-infused grits.   I spent the afternoon exploring Eureka Springs on three more of the walking tours.  Each of the tours took me past Victorian ...

At one time there were 42 springs, thought to be medicinal, located within the city limits of Eureka Springs. People came to drink the water and to appreciate the beautiful mountain scenery.  Today I explored parts of the city.  Took the blue route tram to the train station for a ride on the Eureka Springs & North Arkansas Railway in a 1940's diesel engine and a ...
