    I never thought I'd say this, but the best meal I have had so far on this trip was a bacon and chicken burger from MaxBurger at the Stockholm airport. Don't judge me - it...was...delicious...

    We left Amsterdam on a late (cheap!) flight and arrived in Stockholm in the early hours, hungry and hazy, with a couple of hours on a couple of trains to Emelie's town of Gävle ahead of us.
