A nice town with a grizzly past
... was clean, pretty and perhaps because of the river preventing a geometric grid pattern, pleasing to the eye. We had a guided tour for 45 minutes c/o the local museum and many of the above bits and pieces are thanks to Bjorn, our guide, who lives in a 4 bedroomed 800,000 SEK house in Oxelösund a few km away, whereas here, old houses (see photo) fetch 3,000,000 SEK apparently.

Arrrived safely
Arrived safely in Sweden where I was picked up at the air port in Stockholm by my dear mother. It was great to have finally arrived after a few very (too) long and uncomfortable flights.
It's a wonderful feeling to finally be home again after a very busy year and I am going to enjoy every minute of it, starting now I am going for a little wonder in the sunshine with my mum and two dogs.
