... It was here where she settled to raise her family. This strong, independent woman was decades before her time. She always lived independently but never did learn how to drive car. In to her 80’s, Grandma Sig raised African Violets. She took out an ad in The Kitchen Klatter and soon she was walking her African Violets down to the Post Office and shipping them all over the Midwest. She had quite a mail order business going!

... have more space for boots and bulky warm clothing. Pupils go out to play in all weathers, unlike in the UK. School lunches are of the serve yourself and help yourself variety with a good choice of hot lunches and salad and vegetables. There is no dessert with the lunch.

... in Swedish. It looked exactly the same inside, but the prices again took me for a shock, with things priced up to 25 000 krona! We had lunch in the Ikea cafeteria, none other than a nice plate of Swedish meatballs, yum!

... Fika are Chicco di Caffe and Kalle På Spången. I have it on good authority that Kalle is the best place in the city to get hot chocolate.

Continuing about Signalisten - we had Halla - shopping center, which was cheap and had everything you needed. And system bolaget (a place to buy drinks, as you cant get them everywhere) was also close. We had a gold court as well. And Pizza Hut with it's cheap buffet, pay ~8 euros and stuff yourself with salads, pasta, pizza, ice-cream, soda.. Whatever you want actually.
