Firstly there isn't a grocery store, secondly most of the shops are higher-end so I find some can be a little expensive, but if you know where to go then it is okay and thirdly, probably my biggest gripe, is that it is always busy.       ... this gym are:

      1) Group fitness classes that are available in the morning. I realised that I missed BodyPump, my regular Tuesday and Thursday (and Friday night or Saturday or Sunday morning) class. Talisman offers GroupPower which is very, very similar to BodyPump. I went to a class on the Wednesday of the snow storm to try it out and was sold. GroupPower is on 3 mornings per week which is great and also in some afternoons.
