... be rehabilitated? The early cells were only about four feet wide with a single bed. Hardly room to turn around in. These cells were updated later and became larger and a bit more humane. Kingston Penitentiary closed in 2013 and the inmates were relocated to other institutions. I have no idea if the conditions there are now any better.

The morning was absolutely perfect. Sunny and calm. We went in to Kingston this morning and did a very short impromptu tour.
