    The best start to the day with an amazing breakfast spread of freshly made smoothies, juice, yoghurt, berries, meats, eggs, cheese, strong coffee and long conversation. There is a huge emphasis on organic produce in Sweden.

    Midsummer is the biggest event on the Swedish calendar, Andrea's local village spent all morning making preparations across the street for the villages celebrations. Marquees and outdoor BBQs could be seen in yards everywhere.

    Sitting on the plane next to a gay Englishman I was told, 'be warned, everyone in Sweden is beautiful and they all dress so well!'.. This was followed by a very apologetic announcement by the crew regarding the weather.. It was all true, but what a beautiful country with such
