The best start to the day with an amazing breakfast spread of freshly made smoothies, juice, yoghurt, berries, meats, eggs, cheese, strong coffee and long conversation. There is a huge emphasis on organic produce in Sweden.
We spent a relaxed day until it was time to get ready and join the main midsummer event at Per's house. So many blue eyes and so much blonde hair, its a funny thing to notice but it really stood out to me. So nice being amongst ...
... technically once in a lifetime experience I agreed to go swimming in the lake just before midnight (pre and post sauna was required)!!.. The video footage says it all, it was pretty cold!!
Some more wine later and we decided that we needed to find the source of some music, a party, and to find me a Swedish man to keep me here in Sweden ;) A few middle aged men drinking, we kept walking past and went to bed..

English speaker). It was soo nice to have a family meal, BBQ, delicious
salads and of course wine ;)
They are thankfully all fluent in English due to travel and international
television etc, the mother could understand and speak it though I think
she lacked confidence to do so.
