Getting to Koycegiz was a bit of a logistical nightmare, (I think from Selcuk - it was three buses!!) but I got there in the end. I stayed in a guesthouse that was recommended to me from the guys I stayed with in Selcuk and it paled in comparision - but possibly because I was only one of two people staying there. The owner was a slightly strange...

6 ladies, two men, two weeks, only 1 Turkiye!

I was really overdue my holidays, finally getting to take it in October and I just signed up to two weeks of not doing much in Turkey with a couple of friends in a group. For me though not doing much isn't my cup of tea so I took every chance to re-live my old Turkey memories, from food, sights, sea, dancing and ahem, yes the men, again :)

I have absolutely loved Turkey - fantastic people, interesting cities and some of the most beautiful places I have ever been. I had intended to get my new visa on my way through Kaş d...

Dalyan is home!

I discovered Dalyan about 10 years ago thanks to a turkish friend of mine. From that year onwards, I visited Dalyan regularly with friends who had never heard about this beautiful region.
Finally last year, I moved to Dalyan for good! ;-) Home, sweet home is now Turkey!

Ephesus

Note: I screwed up when uploading the Ephesus photos. They are all on the next blog entry. Today we took the first big road trip that we've had in quite a while. We struck out for Ephesus somewhere around 9 this morning. The drive was same-old, same-old through Milas since we've done it a number of times heading to and from the airport. It got m...
