... we made our way into the tunnel that the athletes used to enter the field and we got another one of those really neat, kind of eerie feelings of being in the actual place where such historic things have happened. Another really cool thing that the stadium had was a display of the Olympic torches that have been used in almost all of the Olympics held in the last hundred years or so. It was amazing to see all of the torches and remember watching the ceremonies as a kid for ...

At long last, we found Lolita's Gelateria, rated the best on the island. It did not disappoint - the zabione was to die for! Tomorrow we head to Rome! This time the steward laid out the silver service breakfast. Hmmmm……delicious!

From our suite you can see the island of Santorini perched above its volcanic base. You can also make out the zig zag donkey trail from the port up to the town of Thira situated at the top of the cliff as well as the cable car. It's amazing! ...

... are hard to come by and usually you have to call them to pick you up. After an hour and a half of waiting along with another couple, CJ asked a nice man at a corner shop if he could call us a cab. The man actually called the bus company and was told the bus was five minutes away. Sure enough, it finally showed up. So after our buns of steel workout for the day, our feet were sore so we soaked them in our jacuzzi and happily went to sleep. Tomorrow we are off to the famous town of ...
