We are staying at an amazing hotel called Rio Magnolia. Hotel? The word "hotel" cannot do any justice to the experience that is provided here at Rio Magnolia.

I'm sure that for some people staying here would not suit but I would defy anyone not to be in awe of what John and Maureen have created which is quite simply magnificent.

At the beach we saw two macaws eating in the beach pecan trees but they are very good at concealing themselves. We tried several pictures but never could get the whole bird. While I walked along the beach, PJ, Joy & Kathy went swimming to cool off.

... after we ate we burned it off in our dance class. The dance class felt more like a Zumba class! I now hold so much more respect for the people that dance salsa, cha cha cha, and meringue!! It is intense!       Wednesday was a fun adventure because we were total Americans!! After class we walked to Walmart, but right before Walmart was a McDonalds!! If you know me, I hate MickyD's... But I gotta say I had never been so excited to see one!! Our ...
