... br> After we were done at the resort, we checked out, and headed for home about 1:00 yesterday afternoon (Monday). We drove straight through, with a stop at the 4 Corners Monument. That was a nice, welcome stop to break up the long, 9 hour ride home. My last picture taken (below) somewhere outside of Tuba City Arizona.

... a turkey for each table and then had volunteers sign up to bring all the fixin's. I signed up for a hot vegetable so made scalloped corn in the crock pot. It was very good as was all the other food. We traded leftovers with a few other guests so have enough for a meal or two - nice! A disadvantage of not cooking yourself is that you don't get to enjoy the leftovers but we will a few, just not stuffing which is still the best part of the meal in my book.
