Erin is one of, if not, the oldest friend I have. We met in fourth grade and have managed to keep in touch over the years. I blame Erin. And this little girl I played tag with in elementary school is now a mother of an adorable little boy. She and her husband Mike had Alysia two years ago and we had a wonderful ...

Reclamation meaning the end product of a waste water treatment facility.
We have a fish able lake here with limits and everything, a large wetland and an environmental education center on site.
Parks like this are an inspiration in the desert. Take a look at the pictures to see what I mean--would you guess it's genesis?

When you grow up ...
Chandler, Arizona, United States bobnkarenI know that I have spent some time in previous entries trying to convince all of you that I have turned over a new leaf when it comes to my border-line obsessive planning!! I really do feel that I have made huge strides forward in this endeavor. With that being said I have to now confess that I am back to my 'old' ways.

We will be spending the winter 'season' in the heavily visited 'snowbird' region of the country. Mesa, Arizona, United States thesairs... was cold all night, even with the furnace in bedroom running. It was 42 this AM! And the high for the day was 59! I had planned to go to my storage shed and start weeding things out and cleaning to see if I can get it from 3 5x15 ft units (connected with walls removed) down to 2 units. I put my desk that I built on Craigs list last night and while there will see what else I can live without! I would like to get it down to one unit but think that may be impossible! So I stayed in ...

This was a long day on the coach, we didn't have too many days that were spent on the coach but if memory serves right i think this was one of them. We had plenty of stops along the way ...

Tempe, Arizona, United States reena.ram.king... the damage I did! 37 last night and only 55 high today- This is getting old. Charlie called Matt tonight and there is a chance the jeep will be ready sometime Sunday, but he didn't sound too hopeful. Feb 14- Valentine Day - We exchanged cards this morning, then over to the clubhouse for breakfast. Back home and Charlie took a nap, while I talked with Carol, via phone, for at least an hour! Enjoyed it. After his nap Charlie went out to the car and came back with 2 boxes of candy ...
apache junction, Arizona, United States teamcc... and with cousin Linda 1 night for 23 nights on the road. Gas mileage for the truck was 11.6 overall with a high of 13.5 and a low of 10.4. We paid as much as $4.40 and as little as $3.78 a gallon for diesel. The $4.40 was in the path of hurricane Ike and fuel skyrocketed until the threat of "gouging" penalties became public. The typical price was $3.98. I hope you enjoyed the trip. Let me know if you did! Use my email for feedback-- schuettcorp@cox.net Thom
