... felt so good to soak in the hot tub, drink our drinkie, and watch TV. We watched Big until 3, when we switched it over to People's Court. Our favorite show to watch in the room. While watching I passed out, and it felt wonderful. Marc fell asleep at 4:30 while watching another show. By the time we woke up it was 5:30pm and it was time to start thinking about what to do about dinner & Stratosphere.

... Burton did several more of the 'big' illusion type tricks. Some of them are really crazy. I don't want to give too much away, but it's really weird, the things he does. It seems impossible.. how fast they can get from one point of the stage to the other. Makes you think of that movie the Prestige. I think we paid $70 for these tickets (each). I think that is fairly reasonable. It was a good show.. but we were so tired when we left.

... As Paul is so picky (sorry Paul) it took some time but we eventually found an upscale celebrity chef burger restaurant in Mandalay Bay. I had a buffalo burger - it was sooo delicious - very lean and tender and tasty - and you could select what sides/toppings/buns etc you wanted, so I had wholeweat with blue cheese and sweet bacon... I'm not normally into burgers as I don't like junk food, but it was all so well cooked and delicious! After dinner, we went to the casino for a while ...

... 6 (!) minuten wachten. Nou, nou, wat een ellende he :). In de trein zelf kun je het beste zitten, hij schud nogal. Maar dat is slechts een kleine prijs als je daarmee een half uur lopen kunt besparen. Overigens was het inmiddels 25+ graden warm. Nadat we bij Harrads binnen kwamen zagen we meteen het contrast met de andere moderne hotels. Het voelde een beetje hetzelfde als het Hilton...gedateerd ! Enfin, dit is slechts een tussenstation op weg naar ons hotelbezoek ...

Hi everyone, This time next month, our bags will nearly be packed and the trip we have waited for will finally be here. The Bride, Christina will also be joining us for the first two weeks of our trip, then she and her sister, Jessica will travel together to Minsk.
