Die Türkische Riviera
Wir haben die Küste erreicht zwischen Manavgat und Alanya. Nach sehr langem Suchen haben wir einen schönen Platz direkt am Meer gefunden. Heute haben wir in Alanya den Alten Stadtkern besucht, die Burcht, den Alten Turm und die alte Hafen- und Werftanlage. Danach Camping und schwimmen im Meer.

... pasta dish with pretty good cheese. I’m not quite fond of many of the cheese here…even though I will eat them. My dish was alright. It wasn’t traditional lasangna, but considering I was eating it in Turkey and not Italy or America, it was fine. We sat and had another cocktail, enjoying what was left of the Sunday. We chit-chatted with the waiter and the decided it was time to go.

Another 2.5 hour bus ride, and we arrived home at about 10:30. Time to start another ...

... seven hours of driving up and down twisty moutainous roads with few barriers to prevent you from driving off a few hundred meters into the Med......i was getting pretty tired. Too many turns. But hey....have to push on. Miraculously, after I stop driving for most of the day, park the car and have a couple of beers.....I fell much better. I consulted Dr. EFES.
