... sitting in a cheese sauce with truffles….again very nice and two piece of ravioli was more than sufficient … thank heavens it wasn’t a whole plate of ravioli.

For mains I had jumbo prawns (shrimp) on bed of tiny tomatoes with eggplant … I can’t recall the marinade but it was delicious and light compared to some of the meals at the table … eg Doug had a veal chop which was enormous others had rolled breast of ...

... and folded. By now it was 6pm and the streets were packed! It seems tourists come out at night to play :p we went into a lot of galleries and saw beautiful artwork and then had dinner at this great little outdoor restaurant where I hD lobster and shrimp for only $aus28!!! Soo delicious! The funniest part was ken ordering a tequila shot and the owner brought him the finest tequila in Mexico (Patron) and the size of it was equivalent to 3 ...

Day two we wake up early while the Tague family sleeps and head out to see what our resort has to offer. Beautifully quiet and already warm. Back to the room we find the Tagues awake and ready for a breakfast of Mexican pastries, coffee with a new find. Vanilla Tequila.

Off to the airport to get the Palafox crew, now the family is complete and the real adventures begin.

We ran into the sea, which was pretty rough with a nasty undercurrent, to try and save our things. T-shirts and flip floats floating. All was saved apart from my beautiful shorts.

My first meal on board consisted of a plate of succotash. No idea what it was! But I had to try it in order to write these next sentences!! It looked like broad beans and sweet corn with a cream sauce. It was delicious. I just hope I’m not ‘sufferin’ in the morning (there is a joke in there if you are a Sylvester the cat fan!!!)
