Monday, in the remote area of Liard River, BC, we paid $7.00/gal for gas. Fortunately I didn't have to fill up but only bought enough ($30) to ensure reaching a less unreasonable gas station. That day was a day for a lot of miles and some wildlife. We saw pronghorn sheep on a couple of occasions and deer on a couple of occasions.

... seen so to me they are fascinating! I love it!

We took our friends dog out in the snow the other day and she was so excited and happy she kept digging her nose into the ground and throwing the snow up and catching it.

Ben has a new snowboard and is looking forward to hiking up and testing it out. I will be sitting inside with the fire on and a nice warm cup of herbal tea!!
