Nadine and Leo were long gone but managed to see Frank and Kian before they left.

A heartfelt thanks to Nadine and Frank for hosting us, Pat and Eckard for being there every evening and Eckard for his gourmet cooking. A special thanks to Leo and Kian who gave us super big hugs when we said goodbye.

Today we had a free day to Berlin. We had to all meet at the buses at 8:00 AM. It was about an hour to drive from Wittstock to Berlin. We first stopped at the Berlin Wall memorial. It was very cool. Many people had to take a ton of photos so we had a long time at the memorial. Our guide was Father Björn and he gave us in depth details about every place we went. The concert began with Mozart's Coronation Mass in C Major. The piece is 30 minutes long and both the orchestra and choir sounded beautiful. The acoustics in the church were perfect and we were very impressed. Little did we know what we were in for following the intermission.
