Cleo & Jenny We've both absolutely fallen in love with Germany! The scenery, the food, the people, everything here is amazing. With today being our last full day here (it's gone so quickly!) we wanted to share our personal highlights with you. Even though we only managed half an hour of sleep on the journey we hosted a twister party across our beds in room 324 on Friday night. We've not had another opportunity to whack out the mat just yet but ...

The Insane Ramblings of a Third Bassoonist Hi howdy friends, and welcome to Josh Cooper blogging Germany. This is a short little entry to say a few things that I feel I should. As we made our way past various street artists including less than convincing human statues, a string trio and a man making the biggest bubbles you've ever seen it was impossible not to notice the striking ...

We had 15 minutes or so waiting outside the hotel before we could load the coaches and head out to Leipzig so a few members of the orchestra decided that a photo-shoot in the little garden area was in order! The girls went for the 'catalogue'-style option, including an "action walk" whilst the boys, as you will see, chose a ...

We left Wroclaw at 8.30 with a few members of the touring party a little dusty after a night in the beer hall in market square. The weather is cool- 7 degrees and raining. We spent about 4 hours walking around Auschwitz in the cold rain. It gave a tiny glimpse of the misery suffered by the inmates. After a while I stopped taking photos as it seemed disrespectful. The exhibits of rooms full of human hair, shoes, especially children's and suitcases spoke volumes for the ...
